Dealing With Stress

Hello to all, today I going to talk about deal with stress. First of all, what is the stress? The stress is a sensation that we create to react to events. Is the way in which the body is facing a challenge and is prepared to act in a difficult situation with focus, strength and mental acuity.
The causes of stress are: being a victim of bullying or being exposed to violence or physical injury, strained relations, family conflicts, the sadness caused by a broken heart, or the death of a loved one, continuous problems in the school caused for a learning problem or another problem, be always in a hurry, don’t have time to rest and relax, and keep moving.
The symptoms of stress are: Anxiety or panic attacks, constant pressure, confusion, hastiness, irritability and melancholy, stomach problems, headache, chest pain, allergic reactions (eczema and asthma), sleep problems, drink in excess alcoholic drinks, eat in excess, smoke or use drugs, sadness and depression. All the people feel the stress of different forms. Some people get angry, behaving inappropriately and retaliate whit others. Other peoples hides it and begins to suffer from eating problems and illegal substance abuse. The people with a chronic illness also note that the symptoms of the disease are increased when they have an overload of stress.
The better methods to deal with stress are: not overloaded with activities, be realist (don’t try to be perfect), sleep well, learn to relax, do exercise, resolve the simple problems (learn to solve quotidian problems makes you feel in control).

  3. Hi Javo!
Is interesting the causes that you mention in your blog as being a victim of bullying or being exposed to violence or physical injury, strained relations, family conflicts, continuous problems in the school, etc because you consider more the psychological and social aspects that affect a person, and this is very very important.
    Hugs!
    Bye :)
