I like the public system most the private system, because in the public system the environment is different as the people treated more nearly, since the relationship between people is warmer.
I don´t want be the boss, because I only want save lifes, but if I have the capacity to execute the position and my boss make me an offer to be the boss of my area I shall accept this position, with more grade of responsibility.
I prefer work in the morning or in the afternoon than in the night because the morning is less stressful and I work better in the morning than the night.
I like to attend the babies because I have more affinity with them than with the adults, because I don´t like talk a lot and I like so much the babies, and I think that is most important help to the new generations to have a healthy future.

Education and Prevention in your Profession in my career

Hello people, today I going to talk over the education and prevention in my profession, this topic is very important in our professional formation, for this we have various subjects that give the necesary tools to know how give an education of quality to the comunity.
To my mind the more important health topics on education are the healthy styles of life, sexual education and and the care in the pregnancy. The last two topics are the most important in my career.
On the sexual education the topic most important are the sexual transmition illness and the adolescent pregnancy. To prevent the sexual transmition illness is important educate on the use of preservative in all the sexual relations, having a single sexual partner. To prevent the adolescent pregnancy is important educate on the use of preservative and anticonceptive methods, and the family planning.
The kind of people to educate, are the people that begin his sexual life and the people that not begin his sexual life. With greater emphasis in the first kind of people.
The most effective form to educate the people in these topics is implement programs of sexual education in the schools and the family planning, which is very fundamental in my career.
The needs of the Chilean people are the education of healthy styles of life, because Chili has high indexes of obesity and tabaquism.
The other need is the education of sexuality, because each year are more adolescents that are pregnant.

Gender Role In Health Care

Hello people today I going to talk over the gender role in health care in the Midwifery.
In the society the male midwife are frowned, are discriminate because the people think that the male midwife are homosexuals. Although today is more common view to a men studying Midwifery.
But not all the men that are studying Midwifery are studying because they like the career, for example before I didn´t want to study Midwifery because I didn´t know so much about the career, so I wanted study Medicine but I couldn´t study it because I didn´t have the necesary points. So I decided to study midwifery and now I like the career.
From the point of view of the responsabilities, both genders have the same amount of responsability, don´t have difference.
In the kind of patients, I don´t see a difference very marked, only that the men attend to patients that are more difficulty from the point of view of the temperament.
The profesional development is the same for both genders, because the quality, the teaching and the dedication in the education are equal for both genders.
The salaries are the same for the women and men, the salary doesn´t depend of the gender, depend of the capacities of the people.
I think that no import if you are man or woman, only matters that you study the career that you want study.
